Our board members bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to empowering young women, ensuring that our mission and vision thrive for years to come.
Executive Director
Marielle L'Heureux
Marielle, Miss San Diego 2019, brings over a decade of pageant experience, 20 years of dance and gymnastics training, and a strong background in nonprofit fundraising for Alzheimer’s awareness to her role as Executive Director. A Certified Athletic Trainer and proud San Diego State alumna, she is passionate about growing the program and showcasing the vibrant San Diego community. Outside of directing, Marielle enjoys time with her significant other and their cat, Neo.
Executive Producer
Jerrica Stone
Jerrica is a professional musician who splits time between the San Diego and New York theater communities. Her musical focus is telling stories of women, POC, and queer communities. She has a business degree and a music degree from San Diego State and also holds an MBA in non-profit management.
She first got involved with Miss San Diego in 2018 as an events manager, and is so happy to be in a position to help the organization grow and flourish!
Executive Events Manager
Sabrina Pajarillo
Sabrina is a multi-faceted entrepreneur who leads several purpose-driven ventures, including government contracting companies, Operation E3, Ayat, and Brand Forma Consulting. She has a background in political science with a biology minor and a master's in organizational leadership. She blends strategy, culture, and community impact across her work. She also uses her pageant platform to champion Filipino representation and expand initiatives that empower women and underrepresented communities.
