If you're a young woman between the ages of 14 and 28 who wants to grow as a leader, make an impact in your community, earn college scholarships, and build lifelong skills, the Miss San Diego Competition could be your next step.
Through the Miss America Opportunity, you'll gain confidence in public speaking, strengthen your interview and communication skills, showcase your talents, and connect with a supportive sisterhood dedicated to service and personal growth.

- Mandatory orientation: chose from Sept 13th at 11am, OR Sept 26th at 2pm.
- Mandatory rehearsal: January 8th, 2027 (Time TBD) at The Grand Ritz Theater in Escondido.
- Competition Day: January 9th, 2027 at The Grand Ritz Theater in Escondido.

Miss San Diego Eligibility
- Must live, work, or attend school full-time in San Diego County. This includes, but is not limited to, full-time students attending SDSU, USD, UCSD, Point Loma Nazarene, and private in-county schools.
- Must by no older than 28 years of age as of September 30, 2027.
- Must be a United State citizen.
- Must be a female.
- Must be unmarried.
- Must not have any legal dependents.
Miss San Diego's Teen Eligibility
- Must live, work, or attend school full-time in San Diego County. This includes, but is not limited to, full-time students attending SDSU, USD, UCSD, Point Loma Nazarene, and private in-county schools.
- Must be no younger than 14 OR no older than 18 years of age as of September 1, 2027.
- Must be a United State citizen.
- Must be a female.
- Must be unmarried.
- Must not have any legal dependents.
2027 Application
The deadline is by midnight on November 14, 2026.
